I won’t waste you’re time with a bunch of chit chat…I know why you’re here. Let’s get right to the delish vegan holiday recipes:
•In case you’re like me and think pumpkin everything should be a part of every meal during the holiday season, trust me and make these your Thanksgiving or Black Friday breakfast, brunch, or midnight snack. You will not regret it. THE best Pumpkin Spice Pancakes I’ve ever had, vegan or not.
•The crust on this is to die for. Again, I love this vegan Pumpkin Pie more than any I’ve ever tried, even before my plant-based life began.
•Green Bean Casserole has always been one of my favorites for Thanksgiving!
•This one surprised me last year! It was a new addition and I ended up going back for thirds…#notsorry Squashed Cranberries with Pecans from Brussels (HA not really want it’s called…but it needs a clever name, right?)
•You can’t have Thanksgiving without Mashed Potatoes, right? That’s always been the rule in our house.
If you’re looking for something else…trust me, you’ll find it. Google & I are best friends when it comes to finding plant-based replacements for my favorite meals!
Oh, and if you’re cooking for a vegan relative, don’t feel bad that we’re missing out on the “main dish” or “big entree” (read: the bird). We are used to having side dishes comprise our meals! They do make vegan versions of turkey if you really want to bring your Thanksgiving dinner to Vegan Level 100…but if your crazy vegan sister-in-law is anything like me, she would rather just eat the delicious sides and pass on anything resembling turkey taste!
